•The design time includes a complete website design consultation and graphic design from concept, to completion. Once the design phase of the project has been started, this fee is non-refundable. Time lines for design time can vary greatly, and depend greatly on our ability to communicate with each other clearly and the decisiveness on the direction of the design. To include updates once the site is published!
• Any updates (user submitted) received to the site will take approximately 12 - 72 hours to complete (M-F). This does not include Holidays or weekends.
• All customer provided logos, graphics, tag lines, media and provided files remain the property of you, the client.  All other parts of the website design as a whole, will remain the intellectual property of Wingman Studio.  If you choose to cancel your service with Wingman Studio, all customer provided logos, graphics, files and other related digital files will be discarded by Wingman Studio.
• The content of the website will be provided by you, the client.  You the client are responsible for the context of the content and therefore any and all legal ramifications of the content. Wingman Studio LLC claims no ownership or control over any Content submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through Wingman Studio LLC services. You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any Content you submit, post or display on or through Wingman Studio LLC services and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through Wingman Studio LLC services which are intended to be available to the members of the public, Wingman Studio LLC furthermore reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any Content in its sole discretion.
• Your website can have a simple e-commerce system for products and services through a payment service such as PayPal.  Depending on the level of e-commerce you require, additional fees may apply.  All merchant account fees, credit card processing fees, charge back fees, SSL certificates and other e-commerce related fees are solely the responsibility of you, the client.
• Wingman Studio is not responsible for lost revenues due to downtime, service interruptions, or acts of god.
• All web sites, products and services are provided, AS IS, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Wingman Studio LLC does not guarantee the use, or results of use, of the websites, products, services, or written materials in the terms or correctness, accuracy, reliability, correctness or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the website, products and services are assumed by you (the Client).
• If legal actions are required by Wingman Studio’s LLC against you or your company, we reserve the right to request any and all legal fees to be reimbursed by you or your company.
• You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Wingman Studio LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or partners, (collectively "Wingman Studio Web Design") from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of Wingman Studio LLC services, violation of the Terms or any other actions connected with use of Wingman Studio LLC services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Wingman Studio LLC will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
• You agree that if legal action is required by Wingman Studio LLC to collect fees for any and all services rendered, you (the Client) are responsible for any and all expenses and attorney’s fees accrued by Wingman Studio LLC.
• The client can terminate this agreement at any time. If termination is given prior to a new billing cycle, the remaining balance paid will be refunded minus service fees.
