In a nut shell.....
- The design time includes a complete website design consultation and graphic design from concept, to completion. Once the design phase of the project has been started, this fee is non-refundable. Time lines for design time can vary greatly, and depend greatly on our ability to communicate with each other clearly and the decisiveness on the direction of the design. To include updates once the site is published!
- Any updates (user submitted) received to the a site will take approximately 12 - 72 hours to complete (M-F). This does not include Holidays.
- All customer provided logos, graphics, tag lines, media and provided files remain the property of you, the client. All other parts of the website design as a whole, will remain the intellectual property of Wingman Studio. If you choose to cancel your service with Wingman Studio, all customer provided logos, graphics, files and other related digital files will be discarded by Wingman Studio.
- The content of the website will be provided by you, the client. You the client are responsible for the context of the content and therefore any and all legal ramifications of the content.
- The content of the website may be updated by you, the client, at any time at no cost to you. If you prefer, Wingman Studio can update your content for you at a rate of $45.00 per hour.
- Your website can have a simple e-commerce system for products and services through a payment service such as PayPal. Depending on the level of e-commerce you require, additional fees may apply. All merchant account fees, credit card processing fees, charge back fees, SSL certificates and other e-commerce related fees are solely the responsibility of you, the client.
- Regular site maintenance, and backups are the responsibility of Wingman Studio and are routinely performed on a weekly basis.
- Computer/Network help is offered but is limited to the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Exceptions are offered but require a prior consult.
- Wingman Studio is not responsible for lost revenues due to downtime, service interruptions, or acts of god.
